Direct Delivery Service mailed "hot off the press!" is available for the 2009 edition of Mission Maker Magazine — which will be postal mailed in October 2008. (This service is only available one year/one edition at a time.)
This service includes individually addressing and mailing Mission Maker Magazine 2009 to any portion of your U.S.-based customers (church membership, agency mailing list) at prices steeply discounted off the $5.95 retail price.
Your mailing list must exceed 100 names, U.S. addresses only. No names or addresses can be corrected, added, or eliminated after submission. We commit confidentiality and security and will destroy your list after completing the mailing.

To reserve this service:

1. Contact Arika Selvig at 1-866-211-0066, or email MMMag2009GroupSubscriptions@STEMpress.org with the following information:
   • your organization's name
   • your organization's contact information (phone, email, postal mail, key contact person)
   • your total estimated number of names (within +/- 5%)
     
2. Arika will confirm with you via email, including your total cost.
3. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve this service (check or credit card).
4. Submit the remaining balance of your payment (check or credit card), along with your finalized mailing list in an Excel spreadsheet by August 1, 2007.

Cost for this 1-time Direct Delivery Service opportunity includes inkjet addressing, postal shipping, and handling:

500 – 999 names	$2.00 per magazine	(a 66% discount)
1,000 – 2,499 names	$1.75 per magazine	(a 71% discount)
2,500 – 4,999 names	$1.50 per magazine	(a 75% discount)
5,000 – 9,999 names	$1.25 per magazine	(a 79% discount)
10,000 or more names	$1.10 per magazine	(a 82% discount)
