Roger co-founded STEM Int'l in 1984 to
mobilize Christians in missions. In addition to the
industry-leading book,
Maximum Impact Short-Term Mission, and articles
for many magazines and mission handbooks, Roger co-authored
Is
Short-Term Mission Really Worth the Time and
Money? and
Can Short-Term Mission Really Create Long-Term Career
Missionaries? He has traveled in about 30 nations and
has organized, trained, or led more than 400 short-term
mission teams, representing more than 8,000 people. He is
also an accomplished musician, talented writer, gifted
teacher, and powerful preacher.

Dana serves as vice president of
publications and communications for STEM Int'l and is
co-publisher and managing editor of
Mission Maker Magazine. Dana’s passion is to
serve God by motivating His children into missions
through the printed word.

Bernt is busy designing resources
like
Mission Maker Magazine, staff prayer
letters, STEM Press books, and just about
everything else colorful and creative. Bernt and
Erin (former STEM Bookkeeper and Receptionist)
became parents in August 2007.
Claire Flores
— Assistant Sales Account
Executive
Claire graduated from Bethany
College of Missions in 2007 with a Certificate in
Cross Cultural Studies. She and her husband Bryan
have a passion for missions and a strong desire to
see young American Christians mobilized to
radically reach their generation for Christ. When
Claire was 16, she was led to pursue missions with
a greater urgency through an ad for BCOM in a
Mission Maker Magazine. Claire recently joined the
Mission Maker team herself as the Assistant Sales
Account Executive where she continues to use her
passion for missions by mobilizing through the work
of this magazine.
Arika Selvig — Senior Account Executive
Arika graduated from Bethany College of Missions with a degree in Cross-Cultural Communications and a passion to reach the unreached. With God’s passion for mission and great communication skills, Arika leads the advertising team for Mission Maker Magazine. She is excited about equipping the mission world to fulfill the Great Commission.Dena (Baluczynski) Swenson — Designer
Dena graduated from Northwestern College (Minnesota), where she earned her degree in Graphic Design. She is overjoyed at the opportunity to work behind the scenes designing for a greater purpose. Dena and Doug were married in October 2006.Claire Flores
